Globex communicates with the regulatory agencies to ensure all necessary construction-related paperwork and notifications are in-place prior to the commencement date of construction activities. Globex assists in providing tours to representatives of regulatory agencies during construction to make sure all regulatory requirements are addressed to the satisfaction of the agency. Globex participates in regular progress meetings, and assist the operator in maintaining a log of contractor’s activities, equipment, and personnel.
