Geotechnical Engineering

Globex Engineering & Development provides all geotechnical-related services, from planning investigation programs to evaluation of laboratory testing results, and performing geotechnical analysis of complicated structures and subsurface foundations.  These services also include specific geotechnical services for tall landfills in the range of 270 ft to 350 ft in height, unsuitable foundation soils that require significant foundation improvement prior to placement of high surcharge loads over the foundation, and complicated and innovative designs to increase landfill airspace per acre capacity, such as reinforced near-vertical walls.  Globex also provides services related to waste liquid solidification, which can add another waste stream into landfills.  A partial list of geotechnical-related services that Globex can provide is presented below.
